US Cheap Flight Ticket Issuing and Cancellation Policy
Payment for Tickets:
- Full payment for transportation tickets must be received by US Cheap Flight at least 48 hours before the scheduled travel time.
- Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- You must notify us of cancellations at least 48 hours before your scheduled travel to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed after deducting a 20% service charge from the paid amount.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before travel.
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Changes to Tickets:
- Any requests for date or time changes must also be made at least 48 hours before travel.
- Additional charges may apply depending on the ticket providerʼs policies.
Holiday Packages Policy
US Cheap Flight Holiday packages policy
Payment Terms:
- Payment for holiday packages must be made in full at least 5 days prior to the start date of your travel.
- Bookings are only confirmed after full payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the travel start date to qualify for a refund.
- Refunds will be subject to deductions as follows:
- 20% service charge on the overall ticket amount.
- 10% cancellation fee on any hotel bookings included in the package.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 5 days prior to travel.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after approval.
Other Conditions
- Changes to holiday packages must be communicated at least 5 days in advance.
- Any additional costs resulting from changes requested by the customer will be charged accordingly.
